mcdonalds double fish sandwich with large fries. I used to top it off with a peanut buster parfait from dairy queen. unfortuatly, my cholesteral was too high and I had to cut most of the junk food out of my diet. the good part is i have lost 48 pounds and i have more energy. I still eat "junk" food every once in awhile, but not very often.
