Need Help With Dinner Tonight!?!

Question: Im at college and not sure if the options they are giving for us are healthy, im guessing they are bought in bulk from a company thats food is not as healthy, but cheaper.

THe Options are:

Meatloaf

Thai Fried Rice

Roasted Potatoes

I am just wondering what i am looking at for those 3. What would be my best option.

Is the Fried Rice fattening, guessing Roasted Potatoes are good and meatloaf is something im going to avoid.

Nutrients-wise, I'd go with the fried rice. The roasted potatoes aren't too bad but they do have a lot of carbs, which can be bad if you eat too many of them (i.e. that' s all you have for dinner)

I would say head to the salad bar (if they have one, a lot of colleges do) and grab some fried rice.

I would definitely avoid the meatloaf. The fried rice sounds interesting, and the potatoes will probably be good. I would wait and see how the rice and potatoes smell before deciding for sure though.

Roasted Potatoes and a small portion of meatloaf.
