yes, I either eat shredded wheat, or cream of wheat is nice too. oat ceral, like quaker oats is good for you. and, grits or wheatena isn't bad for you either... you have lots of choices actually... oh, if you like cold cereal, one of the best cold cereals is the puffed wheat, rice or corn, that are just puffed, with no salt, or added sugar... try that too, it is like 70 calories a serving.
Here is the nutritional analysis for Quaker puffed wheat (only 55 calories per serving!):

I'd say so but I like to add sugar to it so that sort of defeats the sugar free-ness of it.
depends how you define healthy, but provided it uses whole grain wheat, it should be quite healthy.
remember to use healthy milk though. Milk is high in sugar and calories.
Not after I get done with it. I put brown sugar and a big slab of butter and then melt it in the microwave.
When I look for healthy cereals I look to see how much sugar. I think puffed wheat and rice you can get without sugar.
I love Shredded Wheat- not had them for ages- time to buy some! I don't have sugar with mine, I don't have it in my drinks too- I find they taste far better, plus they have a little.
Try eating it with semi-skimmed milk and some fresh rasberries instead of sugar.
