Are red apples sweeter than green apples?!
Also, the longer apples are left, the sweeter they get?
Any sources would be great help thanks!
Answers: Is this true, and if so does that mean that apples which are red and green all over have varying amounts of sweetness throughout?

i would say red are sweeter but i prefer green i dont think that the longer htey are left the sweeeter
******* eat one and figure it out.
I find red apples the sweetess =]
Hell no
Its vice versa, the green apples are a lot nicer
Certainly it depends on the type of apple. Granny Smiths, no matter how ripe, will not be sweet.
green ones are more sour.
I always thought green was sweeter than red and the longer they stand the worst they get!
In my experience, red apples are sweeter while green tend to be on the sour side.
i think green are sour and sweet umm
There are different types of red apples and green apples, but typically red are sweeter.
Red apples have a more rough skin and are on the sweet side.
The majority of green apples have thinner skins and can be sweet and tart.
i think it depends on the kind or type of apples but i prefere green one which is sour and sweet at the same time
yes
There are many varieties of apples and the variety determines their sweetness, not the color of the peel. For general eating, I prefer Golden Delicious or Jonagold. Granny Smith are tart but make the best pies. I find Red Delicious apples to have little taste and a grainy texture so I avoid them.
Some are and some isnt i only eat yellow golden delicious or jonogolds, some apples like raeburns they are rather dry and hard as for coxs pippins they are sometimes hard and dry
i think green ones r sweeter.
