Egg yolk substitute, where to get?!

Question: I am looking for a product that is actually yolk powder but because of the way it has been processed, most of the cholesterol is eliminated. What is that product called and where can I get it? I know that bakers sometimes use it.

Note, I am NOT looking for the typical egg substitute found in supermarkets which is basically egg whites with a bit of yellow colouring added. I am looking for proper egg yolk powder.

Have you tried looking in your local healthfood store or maybe if you have a bakery in your neighborhood you could check with them for information
