If you could only have one food from each food group for the rest of your life?!


Question: If you could only eat one of each kind for the rest of your life what would it be and how many meal variations would you have?

Grain?
Veggie?
Fruit?
Meat?
Diary?
Other (egg, bean,etc)?

For me it would be
Grain: Bread
Veggie: Potato
Fruit: Grapes
Meat: Turkey
Diary: Cheese
Other: Peanut butter

I would pretty much have to live sandwhiches (grilled cheese, turkey) and mashed potatos and turkey, baked potatos with cheese, cheese and grapes. I would have to get creative (turkey in peanut butter and cheese sauce, lol)

i could have cheese burgers (ground beef, cheese, bread, ketchup) and homemade french fries...i could do beef roast and mashed potato's.....grilled cheese sounds good...lol, idk, theres probably more options than i realize

I'd put it all together in a soup LOL. May sound weird but it does sound good in a soup. You know back in the 70s my dad use to have friends come over and whenever they came over with something to eat and they wanted to smoke they threw whatever they ate into the crockpot and he made what he called "WHATEVER SOUP" LMAO

I don't know how I could a meal with that hehe

If I could eat anything provided I would not get fat it would be donuts. All day long I could eat them but I only eat maybe 2 a month if at all because we all know how wide they make you.

Mac and cheese every day!! I would deffinitely kill over with some clogged arteries!!!!!!!!!

chocolate bread, and chocolate ice-cream, turkey sandwhich, and I don't think i could get tired of the smoothies and ice-cream.

You would suffer from malnutrition if you did this. You can NOT get all of your proteins, vitamins, minerals, and essential fatty acids from single food sources.

However, you could theoretically live off of the right kind of pizza (with the right toppings) and orange juice for a very long time. The psychological implications would probably drive you crazy. If all you had to eat all the time was steak, you would get sick of it after a while. A varied diet is not only physiologically necessary, it is psychologically necessary.

I will decide with rice and beans and chicken, mashed potatoes. Well you know what i will be honest i will eat anything because i am greedy and thick lol peoples and i don't get fat, i don't know why, thats why i take advantage.

GRAIN:OATS, CEREAL, ROASTED AND GROUND AS FLOUR, TOPPINGS FOR PEACH DISHES, AND WITH HERBS USED AS GARNISH ON BEANS, TO COAT CHICKEN TO BAKE OR FRY; ETC.
VEGGIE:GREEN BEANS, I LOVE THEM AND THERE ARE SO MANY WAYS YOU CAN SEASON THEM.
FRUIT:PEACHES FRESH, ICED IN TEAS, BAKED, COBBLER, SORBET, ETC.
DAIRY:BUTTERMILK, TO DRINK AND COOK WITH
OTHER: HONEY ON ANYTHING.
