Pork Question....?!
Answers: I pan fryed a whole package of pork sausage yesterday. After I was done cooking them, I put the lid on the pan. I ate two along with my eggs for breakfast. The next morning, I discovered the sausage still on the stove with the lid still on the pan...... what should I do? Throw away all of that sausage? Put it in the freezer....what do you think?
I can totally understand your concern. However, I have many times did this. If it is warm weather or my house is very hot, I will most def throw it all away. Bummed out...but out it goes. My kitchen is very very chilly in the night as I keep my heat low at night and so, I just put it into a bowl and cover and put in the fridge. No one has ever gotten ill in my house, mostly my boyfriend who will eat anything leftover and even if it's left out...all the time. It's a matter of temp. So, as stated...if your kitchen is rather chilly...it should be ok. But eat them right away...don't let them sit too long in the fridge. Do not refreeze.
I would throw it away! Don't take any chances.
Put it in the fridge for later. It's not going to kill you.
I would very carefully try some, and if it still tastes like it's good then put it in the fridge.
If not then toss it.
Throw them all away. If they have been sitting out for 24 hours they are no good. They could make you sick.
toss it. keeping foods between 40 and 140 for more than four hours is going to promote a lot of bacterial growth.
Toss it! It's been out way too long and you don't want to take the chance of getting really sick.
Throw it away! Its not good for you anyways.
I highly doubt it would collect any dangerous germs if the lid was closed. If you want to stay on the safe side, cook em up a little again, the bacteria (if any) will be gone after that. Eat up! Don't let food go to waste!
Throw it all out. It may seem wasteful, but you don't want to get sick.
If it sat out for more then 2 hours,it will get you deathy ill. do not eat old meat.
The real question here is WHY WOULDNT YOU EAT ALL THAT DELISIOUS SAUSAGE
Discard it into the garbage. Food safety would always dictates that anything that is left should be stored in the fridge and not be left in room temperature. This will prevent bacteria to be sipping into the food.
When it doubt throw it out.
