Spinach on the side maybe? Cauliflour in the spinach with the cheese? Little spinach bits on the chicken? Put the spinach leaf in the potatoes pointing up? I think she meant she has only 1 veggie to use and she has to use it?

So you are cooking something, but you don't have any of the ingredients for it? That seems a little impossible. What do you mean exactly? I think some details may have been left out of your question. You can make lots of things with frozen spinach, spinach dip, quiche, casseroles...
