Does smoked Salmon still contain most of its' natural vitamins and nutrients and Omega 3 fatty acids?!

Question: Or are some of these qualities lost in the smoking process?

Answers: Or are some of these qualities lost in the smoking process?

I am a great lover of smoked salmon. Its smoked raw and is never cooked,so in fact you are eating raw salmon. so it will contain all of its natural vitamins etc. I have even eaten fat less smoked bacon sliced very thin and it tastes very similar. Its the smoking process that give salmon it delicious flavour.

The fatty acids still remain, I am quite sure. But I am wondering about the vitamins and nutrients, myself.

Cooking destroys many vitamins and nutrients in foods, so if something is smoked, you would think that more might remain?

None of the good qualities are lost when smoking Salmon. Lots of people like it smoked just like a lot of people like smoked

do what i did and get some Salmon Oil capsules from GNC.
