Bake sale...?!
Answers: How much money could I make in a bake sale? Does anyone have experience with that?
I once held a bake sale along with a yard sale to raise funds for our organizations arts & craft modules that we had for our students. It depends on what you bake but I would bake brownies, tollhouse bars, cookies such as chocolate chip, peanut butter, oatmeal, etc. and cupcakes and yes even blueberry muffins. All of the above went over very well at our bake sale. We ended up making quite a bit of cash( over $100) Just make sure you advertise the bake sale ahead of time, we did and passed out flyers around the neighborhood door to door and even to the neighborhood businesses. Oh and post a few of the flyers on telephone posts neat where you are holding the bake sale. It should help.
Depends on what you bake and where and when you are going to be selling your items. For example you would make a ton of money selling cookies, brownies, magic bars and such at a jr high or high school right after lunch time. Selling cakes and pies just before holidays at an elderly complex would get you sales too.
