You wld probably have to soften the bars enough to scrape the ice cream off of the sticks, then place in blender. Blend just until mixed & place back in the freezer until desired consistency, if necessary. Sounds yummy!

let it melt a bit or put it in a mixer with a bit of milk

You need to get them off of the stick, so either cut them off or allow them to soften a bit. Throw them into a blender with a little milk and blend away.
If you need to, you could probably add a ittle vanilla ice cream to help get the consistency right.

Throw the icecream in the blender, add a little milk(to thin) thats it! U could add vanilla to it, or choc syrup, mmm!

Remove the wrapper and stick. Blend with some milk/yogurt and maybe a drop of vanilla.
ENJOY your creation.

I agree with the first post. Put the bars in a bowl if you are going to thaw them first, that way they won't stick to the wrappers or leak. I think the better way would be to just put the bars into a blender and add a bit of milk or orange juice, depending on your tastes. Blend it up until it's almost smooth and just a teeny bit chunky. I think by thawing it first you would defeat the purpous of making a shake, because you would have to add ice cream or ice to make it thick again. Sounds yummy!
