well from what i hear sugar lasts about forever and if you ever wonder " is this honey good? its been in my cubbord for a year " it is still good honey CAN last forever its a proven fact, its the only thing that can last forever but back to the point your gum will still be good for a year or two lol

i think its still good to eat or chew lol

yes, the gum they make now, unlike in the 50s and 60s, its made from synthetic materials, mostly waxes, the most bad from the gum is that it would be a bit stiff, as it would eventualy "dehydrate" in a way, but dehydration is only another form of preservation, gums today would infact, last a lifetime, and becuase its not made from biological materials, it wont rot

Gum Never Expires But It Gets Hard If It's REALLY OLD.

Well... most of the time it depends on what type/brand of gum you're chewing. Like, "A long lasting" type of gum lasts usually until the end of your second day chewing it. Then it turns all thin and lumpy like wet paper. Yuck! Normal gum often lasts for 5 hours. Please rate my answer!

I once kept a pack of gum for one year, and then I ate it. It tasted good, but It was hard to chew. I didn't get sick from eating it. My siblings ate the gum, too, and nothing bad happende to them^^
