Where does omega 3&6 come from?!

Question: i know it comes from fish oil BUT are the fish killed to get this oil or are no fish harmed???

of course they are killed. you can't milk a fish! Also, omega 3 comes from walnuts and flax seeds.

You can get it from some fat found in fish. Or if you don't want to hurt fish, you can get it from flax seeds.
