Our hotel ice machine(scotsman m3) puts out ice with yellow chunks. how do i fix it?!

It's probably chemicals in the water. Can you put spring water or maybe one of the bottled water types in the machine? You might need to look into a new and better type of machine.

sounds like it seriously needs to be cleaned.. i would have it investigated and taken care of asap because it sounds like a serious health code violation
