Is this safe and how to i remove it?!


Question: ok i found something in my cooking wine called

potassium sorbate and metabisulfite and it says they are preservatives. i was simply wondering if i could filter these out to keep it "organic" wine

if not can i jsut boil the wine to make it pure wine and burn off the chemicals. anythanks helpful

No by boiling the wine you will first remove the alcohol, then after that's gone, water will start to evaporate. Not a good idea. Instead of using cooking wine, which is loaded with sodium and other nasty stuff, use regular wine. Find a lower priced wine that tastes good and use that in your cooking. I recommend Yellowtail, it low cost and taste really good. Good luck!

It doesn't sound like you can.

It would be much less effort to go to a very good Spirit shop and get some all natural vintage goods - and they will taste better too..!!

No you can't remove the preservatives. Next time look for organic wine.
