Do you eat bread everyday?!
Answers: i have 1 slice of whole grain toast every morning and i eat a sandwich for lunch almost everyday (usually on whole wheat or whole grain bread). on top of that for dinner sometimes i'll have dishes that have white rice or pasta, or pita bread (if i have hummus). is this too much bread and carbs?? if so, what can i substitute for bread?
You know, we need some carbs. All the premade diet meals people lose weight on have so much pasta and grain products you wouldn't believe it. I would like to go on the Nutrisystem plan, but since I have a wheat allergy, I would be having next to nothing on their plan. I think this amount of carbs is about normal in the U.S., so unless you are gaining weight, keep it up.It seems that the whole grain products are good for us, while the bleached out white bread products are not. So stick with your ww.
Yeah its probably alot of bread/carbs you're having. Instead of a sandwich try a wrap. Or at breakfast eat something else instead of toast. How about fruit or oatmeal.

I don't think that's too much carbs. are you trying to cut down on carbs and try the low carb high protein diet? All it does is make you lose water weight and it's not healthy.
