lunch-- banana and medium bowl of FROSTED FLAKES: GOLD cereal
snack-- 2 biscottis, 5 chips w/ organic avacodo dip
dinner-- 1 taco

You really need more protein. You dont need to cut anything out you need to change your whole diet. You will starve your body this way.
Cut down the sugar, eat a lot of fruit and vegies and drink lots of water...
BREAKFAST: 1-11/2 bowl of cereal,
SNACK: 3 Oreo cookies rather then large cookies, NO potato chips, have an apple or orange instead,
LUNCH: keep the banana, have cereal or a small bowl of soup,
SNACK: keep that the same,
DINNER: 1 Taco, and some fruit salad for dessert.
You are eating the right meals they say to have a large breakfast, medium lunch, and small dinner with healthy snacks when hungry.
I don't think you are eating all that bad or much, it really all depends on your daily activities.
How about adding 1000 more calories.

It's NOT about cutting out the food. It's about replacing it with HEALTHY foods. You hardely ate any fresh fruit and veggies at all. And sugary carbs? That's one of the worst diets. Just start eating better foods.
try replacing with healthier choices not less food! you need at least 1,200 calories a day!
If you ask me, that is not a lot to eat in one day. Did you literally have only 5 chips? Cut out 2 of 3 cookies and you'll be all set.
