you could be lactose intolerant and the cheese would cause diarrhea. If you had your gallbladder out (thus, nothing to filter the fat) would cause diarrhea as well.
maybe it's the cheese
When your body expels food that fast, you are eating something that your digestive tract is allergic to. Something, perhaps the cheese or sauce, is the common denominator here, but if you put something into your body that your body cannot handle, your body is going to get rid of it as fast as it can.
I could be an intolerance to the cheese or the tomato sauce. Some people have little tolerance to such an acid sauce, and sometimes the combo with spices like anise will do it to me. It is not a taste I relish anyway, but find lots of commercial sauces, pizzas with it. Do you make your self or eat dishes out? That could be the factor that helps you determine the why.
You may be lactose intolerant or just have a food allergy. An allergist will be able to help.
the are just some things you should never post on the internet... this would be one of them
I had that and it was from two things.
1, I had gallstones
2, I'm lactose intolreant. Go to your doc, get checked out and on your own, experiment with milk based foods. If it continues to happen and the gallbladder is fine, it's probably the milk.
it might be the greasyness of the foods. I have a friend that anytime they eat overly greasy foods they are running to the bathroom too.
Maybe you're lactose intolerant. Take a couple of lactaid (chewables or tablets) right before you eat anything with cheese.
It could be any number of things, from a food allergy to a side effect of eating greasy food. I have a number of food allergies and have a few different reaction depending on what it is I eat. I either experience:
A) Swollen lips and throat constriction (in which case I medicate FAST)
B) Hives or itching on my forearms/face/chest
C) Indigestion and/or bowel trouble
Some nut allergies can also mask themselves as sinus symptoms such as running nose, itchy or watery eyes, or congestion.
If it's a food allergy, that can be tested in an hour or so with an allergist/immunologist with what's called a "scratch test." You sit in a clinic while the technician or doctor makes shallow pokes on your forearm/shoulder skin with needles dipped in the substances you could be allergic to. They then monitor the reactions (red spots, bumps or itching) to see what you react to and give you a list to take with you. There are two types of tests, airborne allergens and food allergens.
You could, however, be lactose intolerant, in which case you'd get a similar reaction from eating too much chocolate or ice cream (maybe even yogurt) or cheese.
If, however, you turn out to be not allergic or not lactose intolerant, then it's probably just the greasy food :).
