COFFEE!!!!! ;) I'm feeling a bit caffeine deprived myself..ach.

Most of the times its coffee.. but nothing is say that someone will make tea highly caffeinated...

but ya around 99% of the time, its coffee that is highly caffeinated! WOOHOO!

depends on the tea... or coffee...

coffee... (per 7oz. cup)
Drip 115-175
Brewed 80-135mg
Instant 65-100mg
Espresso 100mg
Tea, iced (12 ozs.) 70mg
Tea, brewed, imported 60mg
Tea, brewed, U.S. 40mg
Tea, instant 30mg

The variability in the amount of caffeine in a cup of coffee or tea is relatively large even if prepared by the same person using the same equipment and ingredients day after day.

Coffee contains twice the amount of caffeine as does tea. That is what makes tea such a superb drink. It is healthier for you.

neither!!
coke!!

Good question! Generally I have heard that tea has more caffeine. With that said, I believe that espresso gives the best "high" with the least amount of jitters.
