Believe it or not, but take out Chinese has A LOT of salt. Try making Chinese at home were the food wont be so salty. Here are some things that you might want to try that have a lot of salt in a carry out, but not a lot homemade:

Genral Tso's Chicken with steamed rice and veggies
Vegtable Lo Mein
Sezhuan Chicken with steamed rice and veggies (red meat can have a lot of cholesteral)
Broccili and Rice
Wanton Soup
Sweet and sour shrimp or chicken with steamed rice (veggies are optional)
Kung Po Chicken with steamed rice and veggies

vegetables and meat that is stir fried. Avoid the deep fried items.

Healthy items off the lunch menu:
Broccoli beef/chicken/shrimp
Pepper Steak
Moo Go Gai Pan

Further down on the menu: Chop Suey is usually on the healthier side.

However, if this is like a once in awhile treat then why worry about "healthy". Eat for the enjoyment.

don't no don't give a **** cant stand the food

stir frys r my personal fav cos a healthier choice than deep fried item n not as tasteless as steamed food. try stir fried veg w garlic n stir fried sliced beef w ginger n spring onions. Mmm...... yummy!

See if you can order Family Style Tofu off the menu, made with no sugar, no msg. Very healthy and, if you develop a taste for it, delicious.

Get something a Chinese person would actually eat. The food you get in a Chinese restaurant is not what Chinese people eat everyday.

Black Bean Chicken & Steamed Vegetables or Chop Suey (any kind) and Steamed Rice. Good Luck!
