Well, the easiest thing to do is just make more of your dinner, then just carry that for lunch. And you can change up your dinner item too- like meatloaf- you can make a meatloaf sandwich. Leftover chicken- you can use to top a salad. And there’s great toteables now for salad- they can hold a utensil and keep the dressing separate so your salad won’t get soggy. Any type of pasta dish will keep you feeling full for a while.

Salads, sandwiches, wraps, tuna, cheese and crackers

Tuna is the best thing if you dont want to heat it...Also things like sandwiches and chips, popcorn, cup of noddles....

Keep bringing your fruit..add some nuts (almonds are really good for you) think about adding some Kashi granola bars--very high in fiber and protien and they taste good. All quick easy grab and go. Fiber and protien will keep you feeling full plus provide healthy energy.

bratswurst heats up in only like 30 seconds.

lunch meat sandwiches, tuna, chicken,fruit,cold pastas,trail mix,P&J

i take ryvita the rye one with Philadelphia garlic and Herb and 3 fruit great good for you to

You have 20 minutes that is not time to breathe Look for things in cans and keep them at work as well, to me a thrown together sandwich sounds good at lunch

Chicken Wraps. If you have left over grilled chicken or roasted chicken from the night before take some and cut in into thin slices. Take some low cal dressing like Cesar or Ranch and put a little in to a whole wheat wrap. Add some lettuce and any other veggies you like, place your chicken on top and add a little graded cheese and wrap it up. Then take some fruit or even a few extra veggies. Hope this helps you.
