WHY DO THEY STEAL THE SUGAR OFF THE TABLES IN RESTAURANTS?
    LOL GREAT QUESTION!!!

eeek! I remember when I was a kid, my mom made me eat it, she told me to put ketchup on it and that it would taste like meatloaf.
That was a sure lie! :)

Its inexpensive and a lot of older people are on a fixed income...

That's the only reason I can think anyone would eat the godawful stuff.

when we were young there wasn't a lot of choice it was take it or leave it

They like it because it was a food they grew up with. A comfort food their parents made for them. Meat was harder to get in those days. They thought it was a very health food back then, high in iron and protein.

My parents served it to my brothers and I and we fought tooth and nail against it. There were some loud dinners.

I am in my late 50's and most people my age do not like it. It has been found t not be very healthy. I see the demand for liver and onions fading fast. ( GOOD !!!)

Who knows, but my husband loves it, too and he's not even 40!!

It's inexpensive. It's delicious. Don't forget the mushrooms.

Beats me, I can't stand the stuff. I vow to never make my kids eat it like my mom tried to do to me :)

I think that assuption is a stereotype. I don't think that when I am old that I will like liver and onions. More like chocolate strawberries.
