Anything containing Vitamin E. You might want to try pre-natal vitamins. They work great!

Calcium, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, and Protein.
I think the most important is calcium though. You can get Calcuim+D supplements from any pharmacy, they will make your nails grow really fast.

Nails are just protein. I was burnt very badly one time and had to go to the hospital for skin grafts. My surgeon put me on a high protein diet to aid in skin regeneration. I suspect nails would require the same.

Nailtiques. It makes your nails stronger plus grow faster.

Nails grow at an average rate of 3 millimeters a month. Nails are made up of a protein called keratin. This is made by skin cells. There isn't really much of a way to make your nails grow except help your skin make more nail. Use lotions on and around the nails to help from chipping and to make them better. Just take care of them and they should grow.

Besides the vitamins....jello also helps, any type of gelatin will do, from the flavourless used in aspics, to the fruit flavoured ones..

Milk will definently help....it helps kids grower taller, help your hair grow longer and your nails grow longer and stronger! :o)
