I accidentally left fresh squeezed lemon juice out of the fridge for 8 hours. Do I have to throw it out?!

Question: No, unless it was VERY, VERY hot on your house (say, 110 degrees F). I have done that before and it was just fine. The acidity in the lemon will keep it from spoiling or making you sick, but I wouldn't leave lemon juice out for over a day.

I wouldn't think so. Lemons do not have to be refrigerated so I wouldn't see why the lemon juice would have to be refrigerated.

no still good

Definitely not.

No harm! But, if you are not sure, not very confident about using it as food item, still do not throw it away: it can remove stains from cloth!
