Does anyone like the taste of pigs feet - the kind that comes in the jar pickled?!

Question: Yes, I absolutely love pigs feet. When I was a child my father used to buy them all the time. When I was a young mother, dad would buy them and call to tell me he had pigs feet so I would come to his house and share them with him.

I miss that.

What's even better is a jar of pig's hocks, more lean meat.

I am from the South, and my Grandaddy used to eat them. I think that many people here must eat them, because they are in every grocery store! In fact, I ate them a few times as a child- until I got old enough to be a little weirded out! So, yes there are folks who like pickled pigs feet!
