Which do you perfer snapper or blackfin tuna or parrotfish?!

Blackfin....snapper is not oily enough and parrotfish I've never found fresh and had it (frozen) ONCE at a chinese supermarket in Canada.
Red Snapper every day of the week... yuhhhmmmyy
sorry, but the cajun in me says Redfish or speckled trout. Either blackened or fried.
