What can i do get fater? do u think i need to add more weights?what should i do?!


Question: most of the time i dont eat breakfast(although i know its critical).my launch is also somewhat simple and what i most eat is fast foods.my food is terrible i know this and i know i should change it but for now what can i do to add some weights?do i really need that?

Well, why do you want to gain weight, anyway? I am 1.72 m and weigh 55 kgs.... You are not too bad!
I guess I can see why you think you are too skinny, but you are still very young (at least from the pic) and it's not a good idea to "try" to get fatter. Your metabolism will start slowing down at the right time, and you will put on weight naturally. Give yourself some time.

its hard 2 comment if u need 2 gain weight without seeing u.
actually u got very less weight 4 ur height but i think its natural since u wrote in ur profile u eat much fast food.
i just give u the advice 2 make some sports since muscles have more weightthan fat and maybe eat a bit more healthy.
