D- 5 toutons!!!!!!
(basically, fried bread dough with a sprinkles of salt)
Snacks- water, juice, and crispers(like 1 cup or 1 1/2 cup), 3 oranges.

Hey we all have those days. I must admit yesterday, I totally went food crazy. You just got to put that behind you and start tommorow fresh. It's alright if once and a while you pig out, but just remember to do that once and a while.

pancakes (we went out to eat)
orange pop
package of ramen noodles, some chips,bowl of chili, mcdonalds meduim fry andd a little bit of spicy chicken=[[

drinks..only water and vitamin water thats all i drink now
umm what eles did i eat umm.....
ohh a tiny pak 1o cent pack of swedish fish
ohh and what that is a pretty healthy meal u ate today
umm i just recently started a diet before this instead of eating the beans and plantain and water and vitamin water i would have ate snacks like hohos zebra cakes brownies and drinks i would have drank all soda
i think im off to a good start thoughi just started this diet like a week ago
That is NOT healthy, you need to start eating better. I know from experience, i was not eating enough for a while myself.
You can have real problems from not eating enough. When i started losing too much weight my neuro-oncologist sent me to a nutritionist, which was a waste because i know what i'm supposed to eat, i just wasn't doing it. I learned the food pyramid in fifth grade health class. But my smother made a big stink because she thought i was losing too much weight. And i was. I didn't think i was fat, i just liked losing weight, getting on the scale and seeing i weighed less.
That was about six months ago. I eat healthy and exercise and have kept myselt at a healthy weight. I"m happy with myself, i feel good when i eat healthy, not only health wise but i feel satisfied with myself.
These are some symptoms of malnutrition:
"lstlessness and apathy
hair and skin changes
a swollen abdomen
gross water retention" ...I don't know the name of the site i got this from.
You can also become dehydrated, you can mess up you bodies chemical balance, potassium and electrolyte levels. This can lead to very serious problems. Your bones can be affected because of lack of calcium. I have osteoporosis from my cancer treatments, take it from me, it's no fun!!! I've fractured several ribs falling down, it hurts hella bad!!!
And if you lose too much weight and get sick enough to go to the hospital, they'll put you on a feeding tube. Take it from me, that sucks!!! I was on one because i had aspiration pneumonia and wasn't allowed to eat anything. That's when i started obsessing over my weight. I gained almost forty pounds in four months and i wasn't even allowed water.
Please, for yourself and your body, start eating better.
