I cant say im a big fan of scrambled eggs, dont mind them fried, but has to be on something, not just on their own. Boiled - i'll pass thanks. I like curried egg sandwiches.

made into a plain omelette or fried on toast with brown sauce.

You just can't beat eggs poached the Delia Smith way.

Boil a pan of water, then swtich off the heat, drop the eggs in making sure they are just covered by the water and place a lid over the pan.

The eggs will cook slowly and thoroughly so that the whites are done firmly and the yolks just ooze when the eggs are cut.

Serve on toast lightly sprinkled with paprika.

Mmmmmmmmm!!

You asked about creme eggs a little while ago. Oh well. I like them fried, on a low heat, so as not to burn them, sunny side up, on buttered toast. Or poached or as an omelet.

Fried or scrambled usually. Quite like a poached egg but not a huge fan of boiled eggs.

Scrambled or boiled and always with buttery toast!

I don't - horrible taste!

Pickled normally, Pandora fave, makes lovely sandwiches, but my local Chinese do a lovely special omelet.
