Getting a Physical for Working Papers?!

Question: I'm going to get a job at Dunkin Donuts, I'm 14. But First I need my working papers. I know that in order to obtain working papers, I need to get a physical done...

What kinds of things will they check during my physical?
Will I need to take my clothes off? I wouldn't feel comfortable doing so...

Well for me I didn't need to take my clothes off or anything. The doctor just checks your height, weight, blood pressure, immunization records, etc... nothing scary :]
