What do you think of organic and vegetarian foods?!

Question: Say anything

Answers: Say anything

They are healthy items. I've switched to a mostly organic diet and I feel great. It could be in my head...but who knows. But one thing is for sure...organic milk tastes sooooo much better than normal milk.

Organic means are good too. I feel better knowing that I'm not filling my body with hydrogenated/processed crap that's going to make me feel like garbage.

Exercise is a must as well of course...

Ya well all u haters about these questions if you don't have anything positive to say don't say anything! Report It

  • i think they are for hippies...

organic makes your body feel better

I try to buy organic and local beef.

I love both. I'm actually considering going organic.

good choice. too bad i can't be a vegetarian.

I've started to eat them and I feel much better overall. Very expensive though! And oh, I'm not a vegetarian though.

    I like them.
    I eat them.
    I am a vegetarian.

Organic doesn't mean much these days, since almost anything canbe 'organic' and the label is way overused.

But if it doesn't have meat in it, i'm happy with it.

    i love them.
every Saturday i sautee a bunch of vegetables for breakfast! yummy (=

smart idea. with all the chemicals that go into the plants....you could be eating bug killer for all we know!

I think its the dumbest thing ever...

as long as you keep a well balanced diet and are getting the right nutrients there is nothing wrong with either

I think organic should be the standard because too much of our food that is commonly available is hybrid, and dowsed with chemicals that get absorbed, and then eaten. Ever wonder where some cancers come from?

As far as being a vegetarian, well, that's for the ones who have strong convictions about not eating animals.

Veggies are yummy and nutrious for the helping bodies of today! I pretty much love all the Vegetables, they're tasty and make my mouth water...but I'm no Vegetarian, just because Vegetables are good doesn't mean all these new foods out there like seafood or appitezers, or anything isn't delicious either! Hey Coconuts are even tasty! I love Pizza the most, is what I'm trying to say!

I don't actually like vegetarian food, but i've only ever tried vege burgers, i like meat i can't help that. For those concerned with animal rights, just think, those animals woudn't be breed if we weren't going to eat them.

Organic food is over-priced. You replace chemicals with natural alternatives, such as ladybirds to get rid of pests and it suddenly costs more? If they want to sell organic stuff it should be cheaper, not more expensive, people look at what their spending more than what's happening to the environment.

Vegertrain food is great. It taste just like real meat and its 1000 times better for you. It is much better to the enviroment and the poor animals. I think of animals that are like born in a stotter house much like slaves. They get born and have no say in what they do in life and they are tousherd just like african slaves. Its just sooo wrong. If everyone would just go vegerterian!!!
(by the way i am vegertian)

i think that organic food is just a load of crap! do you know how hard it is to stay away from chemicals and pesticides? Very. pesticices spread through the soil and water, therefore very hard ti stay away from. i do think that these chemicals are bad, but there is no way anyone can grow things in the soil without some kind of aid from a pesticide. i tend to look for ALL NATURAL foods instead. they are basically the same product, but much cheaper. organic foods may be up to 60% pricier than regular foods, while natural foods are only sligthly more expensive. the only difference in these foods is the word organic. one example is peanut butter. at a store, the regular PB was about 12.2 cents/ounce, the natural PB was about 14.2 cents/ounce, while the organic was a whopping 26.3 cents/ounce. this is absolute mayhem!
i like natural foods because of the lack of artificial preservatives in them and that they have no hydrogenated oils in them. there is no science to back up organic foods, meaning that they found no evidence that organic substances were any better for a person than natural foods. if i wer you i would not settle for buying overpriced food that has the meaningless word "ORGANIC" pasted in the side, instead i would purchase the natural stuff.

as for vegetarian fods, that is your own say. if you prefer not to eat meat, then simply do't eat it, just get your protein from another source such as fish, eggs, or beans.

i hope i didn't come over too strong
    have a nice day

why would you ask that? does that honestly help you decide weather you are going to eat that type of food? seriously...ask a friend....but then again you may not have any...so..i'd say eat chicken =]
