Is this a good healthy breakfast?!


Question: -1 meduim orange(quatered)
-about 2/3 cup of frozen blueberries
-1 large hard boiled egg
-2 slices of toasted bread(three seeds and honey--one of those hearty breads) with a light spread of butter

..oh and a mug of tea...black tea..:)

ps: I'm in the process of changing my eating habits(almost a month now) and I'm doing great so far judging from how I feel/look..anyway, good breakfast or..? Thanks much! :)

oh yes have your carbs in the morning with the protein in the egg. gives you the energy you need for the day. top it off with the antioxidants in the orange and the tea. not to mention the vitamin c and potassium in the orange. you got it.

Sounds good to me. Try adding some yogurt every once in awhile also.

Yes, u have protein, whole grains and fruit as well as black tea which has a lot of antioxidants. LOoks good. Debbie

Sounds delicious and appears to be nutricious and well balanced. Like the first person answering suggested, maybe you could include some yogurt once in a while too. Or maybe some other form of dairy.
