Do you like your veg cooked until soft or do you prefer crunchy?!
For everyone that says they like their vegetables crunchy ask them if they like their french fries crunchy or undercooked ? ,, not the batter or the outside of the chip but the inside.
Answers: The whole crunchy thing is perpetuated by chefs so they can quickly cook the food and get it out , a better thing is not too have the vegetable cooked to a mush.

I prefer slightly crunchy
steamed, and crunchy
slightly crunchy
i prefer it just in the middle nice and soft with a little crunch!
SOFT!
crunchy some vegetable and some i like soft
Definitely don't like 'em too well done bud, believe they're more nutritious slightly undercooked!.....
Crunchy and its better for you.
Xept mash.
Depends what veg you're talking about. For example, potatoes are always best served soft, but brocolli will fall to peices if you overcook it
crunchy - if you mean carrots / brocolli etc. For cauliflour / brussells, turnip etc - got to be over cooked!
I like mine done untill nearly soft, so there is a little bit of crunch left. I don't like soggy veg or "blanched" veg, it does seem to be trendy at the moment to under cook veg, if I want veg crunchy I will order a salad.
soft!!!
I prefer cooked properly not half raw as some "cooks"seem to like.
soft if its on the cooker hob and if in the over crunchy all over almost a bit grilled.
Depends on the veg- Overall though I would prefer soft, but not mushy! Crunch is better for you (retained more vitamins) but it's just not cooked enough for me!
Definatley a little crunchy! If you cook them until they are really soft than you have cooked out all the vitamins and nutrients!
If I wanted them crunchy, I'd eat them raw.
I steam mine in a bag in the microwave, no loss.
I prefer slightly crunchy but my grandmother who I eat dinner with most days hates anything but near mush so that's how I eat it.
medium, just right.
I know it is better to have veg on the crunchy side, but if I'm having cooked veg then I prefer them to be on the soft side.
i like it really soft
Crunchy veg, carrots can be softer though
