What shouls i do,drink or eat to get flixible ?!
Answers: cuz im thinking of dacing but i gotta be flixible for that sooo wat should i do?
Well, eating makes you fat...drinking makes you bloated...so neither! Stretch everyday!!! Trust me i have been dancing forever!! I was not flexible at all when i started and now i am like super flexible!! PRACTICE...PRACTICE....PRACTICE!!! I know i probably sound like ur coach or ur mom, but believe me stretching everyday works!! Practice ur dance and u will get it! Make sure u know the counts to the dance!!! (1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8) Even if u can't get ur splits or something...try...if u try ur hardest at TRY-outs...ur coach will put u on because they know u want it bad enough!!! Even if u can't do it perfect just try because they have secrets to getting u into ur splits and getting to be more flexible! Just trust me!
Stretch every day and start in a beginning dance class to work your way up.
Eat lots of fruit and vegetables and low-fat protein. This will help your body repair itself after a long work out! Remember though to eat a small amount before your workout and save your meal for after your workout/class.
Taking B supplements and MSM is good for your joints and will help your body repair itself.
Do drink enough water after your dance training to replace what you lost in sweat. Water does not make you bloated. Too much salt in your diet is typically what causes bloating (although it is a very common side effect of many medications).
Most importantly, listen to the advice of your dance teacher! They are the experts who know what works and doesn't work for your particular form of dance.
