I am going to answer this twice, because I have two completely different homes, on in the US where I currently reside, and on in Mexico where I will be returning in two months, which each has completely different menus.

1. A ready cooked meal, usually tyson chicken and or homel dinners, a fresh salad, and of course vegtables. We are really into asparagues, corn, broccoli, and lima beans.

2. White

3.Mississippi

4. There are three ppl. that live in my household right now and we all work long hours. Dinner is the only meal that we get to spend together, and by the evening we are all too tired to deal with a big meal. So something fast, easy and the number one thing in my household HEALTHY!

And my second answer is:
1. My meals consist of the same thing day in and day out. Everyday we have black beans, salsa, and homemade tortillas. I am not talking about the kind of tortillas made from flour, but we grind the corn by hand, then make our tortillas on a comte (little stone oven) At least once a week we add rice to the meal, or cactus, or fried potato's.

2.I am white, but my husband is Mexican and so is the rest of my family.

3. San Luis Potosi, MX

4. For the past few years I have spend 6 months in the US and 6 months in Mexico. This is my last visit to the US though for at least three years, and even though I am in the US my life in Mexico is still a major part of my exsistence and I could not leave it out in this question.

1. mainly its quick food. bananas are a regular, crisp, biscuits, crackers for breakfast. because my husband and I work full time. Microwave rice, pasta, pizza, cod fish with tartare sauce and cheese. sometimes I make chicken korma, the sauce bought from the supermarket and i add my own spices. dhal sometimes which is a spicy lentil soup from asia....not the best diet I know, we are both overweight. sometimes I have nuts for breakfast, cereal with full fat milk. I drink a pepsi daily. I only get to cook about once a week, boiled pasta with ready made sauce. twice a week i eat asian food at my parents house, like pilau, chappati, spicy veg and meat.
2. I am south asian and my husband is north african.
3. Birmingham, england.
4. a very tough survey.

1. I have porridge for breakfast, fresh fruit.

I try and eat lots of fresh product daily, vegetables, fruit and pulses with a little meat.
By the way, love rice, have it about 3 times a week in various dishes. I try and get a sweet called halva, it is great but I find it hard to get, that answers my next question,
I live in Lincolnshire.
I wish you well.
