Hi there,Well youre not going to like this,but you may thank me in the future,actually None of them!!,Why do you feel the need to drink these?Too many late nights,maybee bad diet,along with some serious drinking(maybee ?).These drinks can be come addictive,I have seen it myself,the people themselves actually think they cannot even start the day without indulging in them.They may "pick you up",but they will them dump you down a while later feeling worse than you were before,then bingo you want another one.I had a friend who started on this game,and he would drink two or three cans of a popular brand(cant name for legal reasons) before he even started his days work!!He ended up a nervous jittery wreck,with palpatations and very high blood sugar levels!!The best way to feel good is to eat a healthy diet,plenty of fruit and veg,drink plenty of water.Exercise regularly,and plenty of good quality rest.You will then find your body will be able to cope better"with the odd late night out",sorry if you feel this is a lecture,but these drinks are poison,infact in some contries,they are banned!!
