Is it true that frosted mini wheats boost your attention in school when you eat them?!

Question: I saw it on a commercial. I thought it may just be an advertising scheme. I just want to know so I can try it. =D

Research has shown that students who eat breakfast do better in school. It doesn't matter what it is that you eat. It could be frosted mini wheats, cold pizza, fresh fruit, whatever. Just eat something. Your car won't run without fuel - neither will your body. At our school, when we are giving important tests, we pass out juice and peanut butter crackers before we get started.

Just like any sugar, Frosted Mini-Wheats will give you a sugar "high" for a short while. Not adviseable over the long run, could lead to diabetes.

Only if I've got them in my eye

Besides breakfast being the most important meal of the day, some cereals are complete with essential vitamins. I don't know about Mini Wheats ("cept yummy!" but foods with Omega vitamins help with forms of ADD. As far as school goes, it's been quite awhile for me, but you think they would have made it more interesting by now. That's ANOTHER problem with our school system. Good luck hun! Oh, and to the answer SugarSugar:Your answer cracked me up! I nearly peed myself!!!!!!!!!
