A day like that is ok once or twice per week, but if everyday then you're heading for deficiencies in protein, iron and probably a few other vitamins and minerals.

For snacks, consider adding seeds, nuts and dried fruit (cashews, almonds, dates, pepitas, sultanas, peanuts, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, etc. Try a trail mix.). Perhaps a piece or two of rye crispbread spread with the peanut butter.

With the pasta, some mixed vegetables - peas, green beans, maize (corn), spinach, etc. (I don't know what marinara sauce is exactly, but it doesn't sound vegetarian - though that's neither here nor there. The point is to stop you getting sick. If it's what I think it is, it's probably going to give you a little bit of protein and zinc.)

Are you a vegetarian? If so...I would definitely eat a bit more protein. Go ahead and have that peanut butter. If you do eat meat...have a roasted chicken breast as well or instead of the pasta. Sounds like very little food to me.

Unless you are taking nutritional supplements this is not enough and explains fully why you over slept. Your body needs a better balance. Go to www.MyPryamid.gov it is a service provided by the FDA to guarantee better nutritional understand in the US. Just answer a few questions and get a dietary plan for optimal health and energy. Good Luck!

yeah and maybe take a walk after dinner

Sounds like too little for a whole day. Have some protein for dinner & have a fruit for a snack or for lunch if you haven't eaten it yet.

You need more protein. I know that's hard when you are a vegetarian. (I was for a few months, but now I'm just really picky. lol)

Try some hummus or the penut butter you mentioned on the carrots, hummus is also OK on bell pepper.

You should know if it's enough food if you are full or not. It's really healthy, though!

that sounds pretty good, you could eat more but since you didnt wake until 12:30 it doesnt matter..... that sounds a little small... i woul eat one more healthy snack if i were you- i dont like being full either so,..;....

**edit**
