What is worse; high fructose corn syrup of hydrogenated oils??!
Answers: I was wondering because there is tons of hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup in just about every kind of food and im trying to eat healthy.
hydrogenated oils clog up the arteries and veins, though many marketers tell you otherwise. medically, the informed consumer is better off with regualar fats such as real butter, thyan margarine or other processed food using what is basically a processed waste product (hydrogenated oil).
Fructose sugar is probably less of a threat, as it is easily digested. As a sugar it isn't much of a problem. the problem is that it is added as an ingredient to several products, where sugar shouldn't be used as a base ingredient.
As far as food goes, it's best to eat less meat and more vegetables and fruit. As meat is processed, and grown with an over abundance of hormones to make the meat tender, it is probably best to thoroughly cook the meat before consumption (medium to well done), which also kills pathogens that may be present. Tofu, a soy product, has issues with 'killing' male sexual ability, leading to impotence; a trick that many informed oriental wives and girlfriends use to curb a possible cheating husband or boyfriend.
as far as eating healthy, balance is best. Most food, regardless of where and how it is grown, is subject to residual pollutants found everywhere in the soil, air, and so on, plus the pitfalls of having to pick the goods before they properly ripen. in order of such to survive transport and handling for marketing and shelf life. The alternate being having a home garden, where at least to one degree or another, you can control the output and handling.
Step 1) Acquire as many packing peanuts as possible.
Step 2) Be creative.
Step 3) Profit!

high fructose oil FAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTYYYYYY
Both are equally bad.
If you want to truly eat healthy, avoid packaged "foods". Stick to the walls of a store (generally, fruits and veggies, milk, eggs, cheese, meats, breads, grains, nuts, beans).
