Can someone help me with my lunch for tomorrow?!

Question: I'm trying to lose a few pounds, and i was thinking for lunch a salad. I bought a salad from Arby's and i was wondering it was a good/healthy lunch. Is this a good lunch for tomorrow?

Lunch: A marthas Vineyard salad [it has cheddar chesse shreddings, apple slices, cranberries, diced grilled chicken, iceburg/romaine lettuce.] I'm not using the dressing they gave me, instead a fat free ceasar italian from home. A bottle of water, and an apple.

i checked the arby's nutritional info. online, and it says my salad has approx. 276 cal. and 8g. fat. 17g. sugar..

is this good/healthy lunch for tomorrow?

I think using a fat free ceasar dressing is better than the one that comes with it...another alternative to that which I find is really good is using salsa. Also I would add more green leafy lettuce to the salad as iceburg lettuce is 98% water and has no nutritional value to it. Try adding some fresh spinach or green leaf lettuce.

Yup, that sounds very healthy.....

yes. lots of fruit and veggies w/ lean protein.. very good

It doesn't sound too bad, but you may want to remove some of the cheese and croutons if there are any.

That doesn't sound like a very filling meal though. Maybe you can throw in a low fat yogurt or banana as well.

sounds like a winner
