Answers: not really. haha. what i mean 'eating disorder' here is my family didnt eat according to time. we usually eat outside and sometimes we skip meals. my mom rarely cook.

Here's a quick, easy flat bread and some topping suggestions:
Put 1 1/3 c lukewarm water in a bowl, sprinkle on 2 tsp. yeast and whisk that together. Then stir in flour, one cup at a time, until you can touch it w/out getting it all over your fingers.
Knead it for 3 minutes (or one if you're in a hurry), adding flour so it doesn't get too sticky. Cut it in half, then let the halves sit for one minute. Press each half out w/your finger tips for 5 seconds. Let them sit another minute, then put them on generously greased cookie sheets or pizza pans. Press them another 5 seconds and let them sit for another minute. Flip them over and press them until they are thin and flat, covering the pans.
Top with whatever you want before baking: pizza sauce, cheese and toppings is the natural choice, but you could also lay on some walnut pesto, caramelized onions and parmesan cheese; or sprinkle on garlic salt and drizzle on extra olive oil, then bake them and eat with tuna or chicken salad spread over the top.
Before you bake them, poke holes all around them with a fork. Bake until they set (maybe 10 minutes) at 400-450 degrees, then for a crispier crust, take a fork and poke it in to slide them off the baking sheets directly onto the rack. Continue baking until they're golden brown around the edges (about 10 more minutes).
If you want the dough to have more flavor, add 1-2 tsp. salt and 1-2 T sugar. You can also add dried or fresh herbs and/or onion or garlic powder.

dont make fun about ED (eatind disorders) there are plenty of girls dying around the world about it, .... if you wanna cook thats ok, you can start with easy dishes, like salads and chiken, soups, pasta! try to make it healthy
Well,eating healthy meals does nt mean dat u just eat fruits n vegetables . When
you just having tis kinds of meals, u may happens to hav anaemic. Try adding eggs , red meat and vegetables in a meal to make it a balanced 1 n u can just cook the meal easily by frying vegetables and egg .you can also cook the meat by frying them together with the vegetables. Go together with rice .N oso, after every meal ,try eating some fruits.
