I have a bbq sauce i want to bring to market, what are the steps to packaging and selling professionally?!

If you think you have a really good product, you might try having it co-packed for you. The Penn State link has some good information.
Then you have to figure out storage and distribution. Getting your product into a large grocery chain is no small task and can be quite costly. Do you just want to sell at farmer's markets, roadside stands, or on the internet? Marketing your product is no small issue:
