Answers: Should they be stored in the refrig or at room temp?

Sweet potatoes are more perishable than other types of potatoes. Wipe dirt off sweet potatoes, but do not rinse. Place them in a bag with an apple to prevent budding. Keep them in a pantry or cellar that is cool and dry. Store for no more than a month, but if you are keeping sweet potatoes at room temperature, store no longer than a week.

room temp , they have an extremely long shelf life

i put mine in the bottom o my fridge with the potatoes

In a cool, dry, place-no refrigerator
