What do you think of this diet for me?!


Question: I'm 17 years old, and weigh 173.5 5"2 (yes i am overweight i know this, but i lost 6 pounds last week by doing this.) For breakfast I ate 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt with granola. Lunch 1 cup raisin bran 2/3c 2%milk, and dinner very little of what my dad made.
I lost 6 pounds the first week.
What do you think of this diet for me,
and do you think ill keep losing 6 pounds a week?

losing 6 pounds a week is a lot but if your determined of course it is good . but i think you should probably eat more . you can get really sick from eating to little. but i think i am going to try that . i am not overweight but i am not skinny, and i just want to lose weight . i think this would be right for me.

Have you looked at the South Beach diet? It works if you follow it.

Cut the fat and calories by drinking skim milk. And then you need to add fruits and vegetables and fiber. Those are key ingredients to healthy weight loss. Not eating dinner is not smart. 5 small meals a day is a good way to go.

N, eventually your body will revolt and you won't lose anything..Go to Weight Watchers - it works!

it's not a healthy diet. you need more, fruits, veggies protien.
You failed to mention if you are exercising. if not, start

eat dinner before 4;00 pm and less of everything but still eat and you will lose weight and do exercise walk are something,

Well it seems to have worked for you, and who knows u could loose another 6 pounds but u must be carefull dont any time over do it, if u feel sick then stop!

You'll gain it back because its unsafe to lose that much in a week.

Eat more at breakfast. Gets you going and will help burn more throughout the day. You have got to eat vegies! And protein. You may lose a lot at first by not eating much of anything, but as soon as you stop your body won't know what to do. And it's very likely you'll gain it all back. The best way, fastest way, and healthiest way is to work out and eat right. Not only will you lose weight but you will feel soo much better. Trust me!
