3 minutes

3 minutes, once the water is boiling.

It takes 2 and 1/2 to 3 min's depending on how big the egg is.

3 for runny to have with soldiers and 5min if you want it hard boiled.

We call them soft boiled eggs and it takes about 3 or 3 1/2 minutes.

The best way to do it is buy an egg timer and when the water starts boiling turn it up side down and it will be a nice soft yolk good luck usually 3 minutes as everyone as said.

i leave mine in for 4 minutes

3mins.

3 minutes from when the water has boiled.

4 minutes for optimum soldier dunkage

One trick to properly time an egg is to take them out of the fridge and put them in hot tap water while you are waiting for the water to boil. This will bring them up to "room temp" and make your timing more consistant. I do them 4 min. Whites are firm and yolk is runny.

After the water boils put the egg in for six minutes...thats soft boiled

put the egg in boiling water for 5 mins

It is supposed to be 3 mins. But if your like me cook 3 or 4 at the same time and no 2 eggs are the same. It is easier to do Gourmet

Place into hot water, in a pot and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
Drain and run under cold water to halt the cooking.

Put in a pot of cold water and bring to the boil.

Start timing when the water is boiling, and it's 3 mins for a soft boiled egg/ 5 mins for hard boiled.

3, starting to count from where the water starts to boil.

once water is boiling put the egg in for about 3-4 minutes!
I love them like that too!

5 minutes atleast
