Answers: this girl puked at lunch today and it was neon yellow and im wondering what she could have possibly eaten. It was like the color of a glow stick... so maybe thats why she was sick

What you saw came from her stomach (I think they call it yellow bile) its the chemical soup that digests your food. I unfortunately had food poisoning from undercooked chicken and was unlucky enough to see that stuff esp after my stomach was empty and I was just drinking water...

It probably was mucous, not food. My son puked a ton of mucous up and it was bright yellow....gross, I know.
