Crust - Carbs or starch
Cheese - Dairy and Protein
Pepperoni - Protein
Sauce - Veggy - Lutein
Any and all combinations of veggies and/or fruit (ie pineapple)

rice and beans with some type of gravy. I like Spanish rice & beans or Jamican rice & bean with sauce from the food. Or my mom rice and beans!

There isn't one kind of single food you can live off because we need such a wide variety of vitamins, minerals etc. One meal could be designed so it has everything - fat, carbohydrates, protein, fibre etc. That would be quite a challenge to put together - and still keep it edible!

its not a solid, but Diet caffeine free coke. Can't live without it.

I swear I will eat chicken until it is extinct.

Post banana nut crunch cereal w/milk (obviously) and a sprinkle of equal... I eat that every morning... yum! plus I get the nutrients from the banana (potassium, vitamin b6, vitamin c) I would get fiber from the cereal itself, I would get calcium from the milk.... Its pretty nutritious... so I wouldn't get malnourished. lol

(with basmati rice and some nice potato samosas and chutneys). I could eat this 3 meals a day....forEVER!
