I would think there would definitely be a taste and texture difference the men would be tougher with more Grissel. However considering the men I've eaten compared to the few women I do prefer men. How about you what do you think?

I would say yes....I know in turkeys a tom taste differant then a hen. Females retain more fat as males retain more muscle.
