How can I be so fat, and still be hungry?!

Question: If you eat very large meals your blood sugar spikes, and your body produces extra insulin to process it. Once the sugar is gone, the elevated insulin levels makes you think you're hungry very soon after you eat.

Try forcing yourself to eat slightly smaller meals. You know how much you'd normally eat, so reduce it by 10-20%. I know you'll still feel hungry, but ride it out. Once that level of food starts to feel normal to you, then you can try to reduce it again if you're still eating more than "normal".

Good luck. I know it's hard, but it can help a lot.

to much sugar in your diet

"emotional eating", blood sugar problems, polycystic ovarian syndrome if you are a female!!!

I just read an article that said they found in a study that the body is geared to maintain its current weight, regardless of what that weight is., not to lose weight. Thats why.

your body continually need fuel for life. i bet you aren't fat, and i also bet that it's lunchtime too. you have to eat, and if you aren't -- guess what, you'll get fatter!!! don't ask me how it works, but it does, when you skip meals, most likley you are going to gorge yourself at the next one. eat healthier, not greasy junk food!

you're not fat!!!

UR JUST A FATTY!!!

you must have a "Bottomless" pit

Stop feeling sorry for yourself and do something to stop. Every time you get hungry drink water. When its time to eat only make healthy choices lots of veggies and proteins no carbs no sugars and exercise. You have to want it and then you can ac hive it!

Your body is hungry when your stomach growls. Otherwise, you are eating for other reasons: boredom, procrastination, stress . . the list goes on and on.
Decide what you are really feeling, then go fix that.

because you're greedy..
lol
