Frozen food, Lean Cuisine?!

Question: Are these any good? I'm a busy student, and I could stand to lose some weight. Can you please recommend some? I'm about to go to the grocery store (:

Kashi sounds good now. lol But anyway, here are the Lean Cuisines I like:

The Brickoven pizzas: Wild mushroom, Garlic chicken, BBQ chicken.

The Mahgarita pizza

The suiza enchiladas
The Mediterranean chicken
The lemon chicken
The grilled chicken primavera
The three cheese stuffed rigatoni

They're ok. Don't taste bad. Very small portions, and that's why you'll lose weight on it.

They are ok, the quality of meat is not the best though.

i would say Lean Cuisine. they have frzen dinners but its more healthier than something like Hungary Man.

Lean Cuisine

I recommend the Kashi Frozen Dinners instead. They are all natural (unlike lean cuisine, which is full of chemicals and preservatives), and low calorie too. Sorry to not really answer your question, but they are much healthier. I also think they taste better. They have lots of chicken ones, veggie ones, and shrimp ones too. They're really good! The only reason lean cuisine helps you lose weight is because of the small portions. There isn't anything particularly healthy about them. Kashi is better dinner portions and they actually are wholesome and nutritious.

I am a busy student too...sometimes I get them for lunch or dinner when I don't have to cook. I usually go for the ones 290 calories or less.

I used to think they were a great idea until I realized I needed two of them for one meal.

The Muse

Go take a look at them and see what appeals to you. No one knows your taste. I didn't think they were that bad.
